Belconsulting Training Solutions (BTS) is a Training and Consulting company established in January 2000. The company is owned by Mrs. Lisa Bellamy Fluker, Managing Partner along with consultant trainers, who are innovative training experts specializing in cutting edge consulting, executive coaching, personal and professional development and instructional technology for government, non-profit and corporate clients. Mrs. Fluker is a Master's level Organizational Development Specialist with a Masters in Organizational Leadership, (MSOL) from Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Ct. Mrs. Fluker is also a doctoral candidate at Capella University, where her focus is Educational Leadership. She has over eighteen years of experience in professional development training with corporate and government entities, business development, corporate presentation.
Her energy is contagious in small and large groups, and she has over twenty years of workforce services, Local Education Agency (LEA) development, board liaison expertise and post-secondary programming experience. Conflict Management, Change Management, Communication that Builds Healthy Relationships, Workplace Ethics, Leadership Academy Development, and Diversity & Inclusion are just a few of the professional development courses that Mrs. Fluker has designed and administered. Mrs. Fluker also has an extensive background in standard and on-line training assessments for government and private sector clients using Internet and intranet training methodology to address the issue of workplace learning deficits through comprehensive assessments. The use of such tools in the creation of stellar training programs and overall organizational performance enhancement. Tools such as the Leadership Practices Inventory below are used to assist Executive Leaders evaluate engagement, decisions, motivation and commitment of their staff.
Since its establishment in 2000, BTS has demonstrated a strong commitment to quality training services for employers across the country. Increasing the institutional and individual capacity for learning in the workplace is our passion and our goal. This goal, which is part of BTS's mission statement, is being achieved largely through the training activities that are carried out by our high energy and engaging sessions that participants love and enjoy. Our corporate and executive training courses have been conducted for participants, major government and corporate environments locally and nationally.

All courses will include an introductory review, ongoing needs assessment and action plan and will conclude with a final evaluation.
